Meaghan Selger Nutt developed a passion for horses at a very young age. Her parents knew they were in for trouble when one of her first word was “horse”. They hoped it would be a brief “My Little Pony” phase that she would soon grow out of. Many many years later, she is still obsessed.
Meaghan started taking riding lessons at age two. Since then, she has competed in everything from three-day eventing to roping. In high school she was a top five hunt seat equitation rider for her region. In college, she competed on the A circuit for hunters and jumpers. She is now focused mainly on dressage where she strives to make all of her horses and riders better.
Meaghan knew Precision Joint Solution was different when she saw the difference it made in her own Oldenburg mare. She could not believe the visible changes she saw in her horse’s strength. Her mare had always been a little weak behind and a few weeks on the product and she moved like a different horse.
One horse short of the crazy horse lady . . . describes Malia’s affinity for horses! Her love of horses started at a very early age listening to her grandfather tell stories about his horses. Malia remembers how he admired his draft horses for their heart, try and trueness – always giving their all. She has taken the respect her grandfather had for his horses and transferred it to her training philosophy. Malia’s training methods include that mutual respect to rehabilitate “problem” horses by overcoming their weaknesses with solid foundation training.
As Director of Compliance and Manufacturing, Malia brings 18 years of experience in regulatory compliance and quality assurance. The main focus of her position is to ensure that our products are manufactured correctly, through the review of records from the manufacturing/packaging process while meeting our stringent specifications and standards.
