Precision proved once again our horses and riders are a force to be reckoned with. Riders from nearly every discipline from coast to coast as well as a few across the pond led the way in shows, races and clinics. From hunters and jumpers to cutting and mounted shooting, The Precision Team was Spectacular!
Brawley Farms in Double Oak, Texas has time to kick some serious booty even while they moved into their beautiful new facility. Brawley had wins and championships in Texas, Florida, California, Illinois, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Maryland and D.C. A few of the highlights from the year include the following:
Dana Brawley started the year off with a bang, bringing home the HITS Ocala Winter Circuit championship in the Adult Equitation division on her Precision horse, Caymus. Continuing to Pin Oak in Houston, The Heist and Keyea Webster were champions in the High Adult Jumper division while Jessica Brady won a championship cooler in the Low Junior Hunter division with Memphis. At the Tyler Four series in Texas, the Brawley team didn’t let up as they brought home four circuit championships, a win in the USHJA National Hunter Derby, top finishes in the USHJA International Hunter Derby, a win in the Welcome Prix, and a second place finish in the $25,000 Show Jumping Classic Grand Prix. All on Precision Horses!
Other accolades include Santa Fe, New Mexico, where the barn brought home 17 tricolors over the three-week period. Most notably, Diane DeMatteo swept the Modified Adult Hunters taking champion and reserve on her Precision horses Amadeo and Trentino, while Delaney Torti and Giselle captured tricolors in the Amateur Owner Hunters, won their classic, and teamed up with Bob to win the Pro/Am Challenge class.
Entz Cutting Horses in Tennessee had a wonderful year with wins from two of their top horses. Ichi Bitty Chula was honored as the 2015 AQHA congress Open Classic 3rd place finalist.
Hickorys Handy Cat had multiple wins including the following: 2015 AQHA Congress open champion AQHA Congress Open Mecuria Finalist Open NCHA World Standings Top 15 Eastern 2015 15,000 Novice Top 15 finalist Won 32,000 in Open Earnings in 2015. Congrats Team Entz!
Across the Pond in Ireland, Precision’s presence was seen in show jumping and show cobs. Seamus Hayes and his Precision Horse, Twister won back to back Grand Prix! In addition to their back to back wins, the team had a very successful show year all over the country!
Allen Breen and his string spent much of the year on the road at many shows. PJS Goldmind has had a fantastic year and is back in top form competing at the Grand Prix level. PJS Castro has also had a great year and is winning classes at the M 1.10!
Jennifer Kennedy Bray and her string of show cobs have been in top ribbons all season, turning heads at multiple shows including the prestigious Royal Dublin Horse Show!
In Anna, TX Buckley Farms and their reining horses have been training all year! Horses are winning classes in open, non-pro and breed classes left and right. Buckley also has a really nice crop of two year olds they are training for the 2016 futurity. We can’t wait to watch these youngsters compete and stay sound on Precision!
